As the founding partner of Colonial Insurance Services, Teo oversees the strategic planning, operations and growth initiatives of the company. He also assists large trucking fleets with their complex insurance needs.

Teo’s  journey exemplifies the pursuit of the American Dream. Arriving in the United States with a little more than a suitcase and burning ambition, he faced daunting challenges on his road to building one of the fastest growing transportation insurance practices in the United States.

Teo is a certified insurance counselor (CIC), Transportation Risk Specialist (TRS) and licensed property and casualty producer.
