Ennis Pleasants is Cargo Claims Manager at Great American Insurance.

Ennis Pleasants grew up in a family of agents with his parents running a large agency, and two of his sisters also becoming agents.  Ennis began his own path in the insurance industry as an independent appraiser before moving to the commercial side, handing both heavy equipment claims as well as cargo losses.

Ennis has over fifteen yearsexperience in handling cargo losses and has been a claims manager with Great American for the past few years, where he uses his experience to help guide others to achieve positive results.
